To subscribe or use this Site as an Institution, you must be authorised by your institution and 18 years or over. As a student you must be over 18 years, and if below 18 years, you must access this site along with a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force, or any order, decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or competent authority restraining you. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time Aabroada is of the opinion (in its sole discretion), or has any reason to believe, that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Aabroada reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service, without any refund of any unutilized subscription fee.

1. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by writing to Aabroada. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, except where otherwise stated in writing.
2. Aabroada may terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to the email address provided by you in your application for membership, or such other address as you may later provide. If Aabroada terminates your membership for breach of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.
3. Any member should not use the Aabroada Service or Site for any unlawful purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site, will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

1. Aabroada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review the activity and status of each account and to block the account of a member based on such review.
2. You confirm that, as of the date of registration, you have no objection to receiving emails, messages and calls from Aabroada and its members for as long as you remain a registered member.
3. Multiple profiles of the same person or organization are not allowed on Aabroada, and Aabroada reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
4. Except for the purpose defined, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service, and you will not transmit chain letters or junk email to other members. It is also a violation of these rules to use information obtained from other members to harass, abuse or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any member without their prior explicit consent.
5. To protect Aabroada and/or its members from abuse or misuse, Aabroada reserves the right to take appropriate steps, as it deems fit in its sole discretion, to protect the interests of other members.
6. You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC bots, EXEs, CGI or any other programs or scripts, to view content on, or communicate, contact, respond to or interact with, Aabroada and/or its members.
7. Aabroada reserves the right to screen communications or advertisements that you may send to other members, and to regulate the same by deleting unwarranted or obscene communications or advertisements at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
8. By subscribing to the Services, members unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

We have zero tolerance towards abuse. Aabroada reserves the right to immediately terminate any service, contract, membership or legal relation, without any notice or refund, in case of any harassment, abuse or threat to any of its colleagues, vendors or representatives. Instances considered as abuse, threat or harassment include: shouting at a person in an intimidating fashion; verbally threatening to injure or kill a person (or their friends and family); physically jostling, pinching, scratching, punching or kicking a person; an attack with a weapon or any instrument that could be used as one; insisting that a person carry out an action against company regulations; exhibiting sexual organs or material; soliciting sex in return for money or any other advantage; and sexual or indecent assault.

1. Aabroada may delete any listing, content, communication, photo or profile (“Content”) that, in its sole judgment, violates this Agreement, or that might be offensive, illegal, or might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Aabroada and/or its members.
2. With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site, including your contact details, you unconditionally and irrevocably grant Aabroada the licence to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to its members from time to time.
3. You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile. All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags or other Content you post, email, transmit or otherwise make available is your sole responsibility and at your own risk. Aabroada does not control such Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality, and will not be liable in any way for it, including for any errors, omissions, loss or damage arising from its use. Aabroada reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site and may request supporting documentary evidence; failure to produce such evidence may result in termination of membership without a refund.
4. By posting Content or advertising to any public area of Aabroada, you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, and you do grant, to Aabroada and its members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide licence to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content, to prepare derivative works of or incorporate it into other works, and to grant and authorise sublicences of the foregoing.
5. Aabroada will investigate and take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who posts illegal or prohibited Content, including without limitation removing the offending communication or Content and terminating the membership of such violators without a refund. Illegal or prohibited Content includes Content that: is blatantly offensive to the community, such as content promoting racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of junk mail, chain letters or unsolicited mass mailing or spamming; promotes information known to be false or misleading, or illegal activities, or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous; promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work; contains restricted, password-only or hidden pages or images not linked from another accessible page; displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind; provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18; provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or creating computer viruses; or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes.
6. Members must not engage in commercial activities or sales without Aabroada's prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, and must use the Service in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations. Member profiles visible to other members must not include telephone numbers, street addresses, URLs or email addresses.

1. Payment is due as per the terms of the dated invoice supplied by us. On completion or termination of the project, payment must be made in full within the agreed timeframe, by cash, online payment, cheque or bank transfer (BACS). Invoices will include any relevant taxes or other charges. Additional charges will apply for any amount outstanding after 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice is dated, including statutory interest at the rate of 8.5% per annum. Do not pay any representative in cash.
2. Please carefully check the details mentioned in the invoice; any modifications must be reported within fifteen days of payment. Entities eligible for claiming tax credits are recommended to verify the tax credit credentials carefully and notify any modifications within 15 days of payment.
3. No refunds under any circumstances can be made for any subscriptions paid towards online services, or for participation fees paid towards Aabroada events.

Aabroada owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Aabroada Site and Service. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information of Aabroada and its licensors. Except for information in the public domain, such as a member profile, or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act, or attempted act, constitutes a violation of this Agreement, and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Aabroada without refund of any unused subscription fees. Aabroada also reserves the right to take civil and/or criminal legal action wherever applicable for any violations.

You cannot post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such rights. If you believe your work has been copied and posted on Aabroada in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the following:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our Site, along with your address, telephone number and email address.
4. A written statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Notice of claims of copyright infringement can be sent to us in writing at our address in Gujarat, India.

You are solely responsible for your advertisements and communications with other Aabroada members. Aabroada reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members, and reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, Aabroada is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants, and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between members inter se.

Use of the Aabroada Site and/or the Aabroada Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If you have applied for any of our job postings published on this website or any other job portal, please note that we hold the right to verify and conduct background checks ourselves or using an external agency. Certain projects are time-bound, so not all positions are permanent; please seek clarification before applying. As we work for clients regulated by various governing bodies and government agencies, we cannot guarantee the joining date. If you have received a joining confirmation letter (sent to your postal address by recorded delivery), we hold the right to extend the joining date by up to 90 days without any financial remuneration for the delay.

Any email from Aabroada, and any files transmitted with it, are confidential and intended solely for the individual or entity to which they are addressed. If you have received such an email in error, please notify the sender immediately and delete it from your system. If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on its contents is strictly prohibited.

Computer viruses can be transmitted via email sent by any representative of Aabroada. The recipient should check the email and any attachments for viruses; the company accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted by such an email. Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free, as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses, and the sender does not accept liability for any resulting errors or omissions. Although reasonable precautions are taken to ensure no viruses are present, the company cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of such emails or attachments.

No employee or agent is authorized to conclude any binding agreement on behalf of Aabroada with another party by email, without express written confirmation from one of the Directors.

Any views or opinions presented in emails sent by colleagues, consultants, freelancers and other representatives of Aabroada are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the company. Representatives are expressly required not to make defamatory statements, and not to infringe or authorize infringement of copyright or any other legal right, by email communication. Any such communication is contrary to company policy and outside the scope of the individual's employment, and the company will not accept any liability in respect of it.

1. Aabroada is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content or listing posted on the Site or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users, members, or by any equipment or programming associated with the Service, nor for the conduct of any user or member, online or offline.
2. Aabroada assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of user or member communications.
3. Aabroada is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of email, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website.
4. Under no circumstances will Aabroada be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or Service, and/or any Content posted on the Site or transmitted to members.
5. Aabroada expressly disclaims any liability arising from any Content or listing posted on the Site or made available by any member, user or third party, and does not assume responsibility for any illegal Content posted by any member, user or third party. All liability, civil or criminal, arising from such Content will rest with the member, user or third party who posted it, and Aabroada reserves the right to claim damages it may suffer as a result. Aabroada does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.
6. All quotes from Aabroada are valid for 30 days following the date of email transmission. The company accepts no liability for the content of such emails, or for the consequences of any action taken on the basis of the information provided, unless subsequently confirmed in writing. Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of such use, is subject to the laws of India.

In no event will Aabroada be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or the Service, even if Aabroada has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Aabroada's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to Aabroada for the Service during the term of membership.

Any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. If the jurisdiction changes due to a change of management or ownership, users will be informed of the same.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aabroada, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners, investors, successors and employees fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement, and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use, and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set out above, and/or any fraudulent act on your part.

EMS access is provided to participants who have either paid, or confirmed to pay, for their participation in one of the listed events. Once your login is activated on the EMS, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. Failure to show up at pre-booked meeting events may result in being blacklisted from Aabroada and future events. For student fairs where institutions are promoted through pre-approved mass media adverts, institutions must pay the entire participation fee upfront in order to access student details on the EMS.

1. By becoming a member of Aabroada, you agree to receive certain specific emails from Aabroada and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe at any time, for any reason, by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to admin.Aabroada@gmail.com.
2. If any service is offered as lifetime access, this means access for as long as the portal remains live on the Internet.
3. This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a member, contains the entire agreement between you and Aabroada regarding use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
4. Aabroada, or other portals owned and managed by Aabroada, includes its personal representatives, investors, successors, predecessors and permitted assigns. In case of a change of ownership or management, these terms will continue to apply, and subscribed users will be informed via registered email of any change of ownership, jurisdiction or policies.
